My new favorite spot for dessert. The soufflé with tea is perfect combination. They also have more than 10 different flavors of mochi ice cream and I can't wait to try them all.
Other than dessert they serve sandwiches too and it's huge, good for sharing.
A bit pricey but compare to other dessert places that serves soufflé this is the legit.
    Valet parking is $3.

    I love dessert.

I've been eyeing this place for a few months now, since I'm hardly in koreatown I never had an opportunity to swing by this place. I found myself in koreatown on Thursday night and it was the perfect opportunity to try this place out.

When I walked in, the store was super cute. If the store played music, it would have made the place be even cuter.

I browsed the menu and settled on the creme brulee souffle. The service I received when ordering it was mediocre. He handed me a buzzer and told me the buzzer would buzz when it was ready.

30 minutes later, the cashier poked his head out and said the souffle was ready. I went to grab the souffle and it looked delicious. The first bite, the creme brulee cream was amazing, the boba tasted old and overcooked and the quality of the pancake was mediocre. After a quarter of the souffle was eaten, my friend pulled found a piece of hair. I told the cashier that we found hair and he said oh sorry I'll get you a new one. I would rather a refund than a new one as the first one took 30 minutes and didn't want to wait longer for a second one. Sadly no refund was offered and I didn't want to ask.

The second souffle the quality was significantly different. The cream on top was colder, the pancake didn't taste fresh and the boba had a mixture of old hard ones and warm overcooked ones. When the cashier brought the second souffle out, he didn't look apologetic at all. Having looked at the cook and seeing her hair in a hair net and the cashier with hair flying out of his ponytail, it wasn't hard to determine whose hair we found.

Having had better souffle pancakes in Pasadena, I won't be back to Souffles in Ktown.

Came with a friend and we had a great experience. We had the tirimisu and creme brulee souffles as well as the kimchi rice.

The pancakes were light and fluffy. I also loved the frosting. The kimchi was tasty and savory.

Overall, with the three plates, it came to about $15pp which is fair for their quality and ambience.

Logistics wise, the parking lot is a $3 valet situation.

I love watching jiggly pancake videos in my free time, so when I stumbled across Souffles IG, I knew I had to make the trip. The interior of this place is absolutely stunning. Such a pop-up like vibe and very clean.

We got the Creme Brulee Pancake, which took quite a bit to come out, but I get that they would want to make it fresh. The presentation of our pancake was meh. It was kind of overwhelmed with the cream and boba balls were falling off of it. LOL. I couldn't even jiggle it because I was scared all of the boba would fall off :/

As for the taste, it was decent, but nothing I would rave about tbh. The egg flavor completely overpowered the pancake base, and I could tell they put on way too much of the cream on ours. The boba balls were also hard, so we didn't eat those.

On a good note, the servers are really kind and hospitable. There was no more water left in the water filler station, so he brought a jug/bottle to our table.

Valet parking is $3 I believe!

Oh my....where do i start? This dessert heaven is extremely pleasant in its decor. Chairs could use a little more comfort but not a major upgrade. They have patio bench style seating with individual chairs as well. Additionally, there are those swing chairs with pappan cushions that are absolutely adorable and comfortable. On the backdrop you will find a mirror and  a lovely display of fake flowers that is a perfect spot for those worthy instagram pictures. I also loved the atmosphere and the music playlist was varied and on point. Whoever works on the playlist deserves a raise!!!

I was drawn to go inside Souffles by the mango shaved ice displayed on a picture that could be seen from the outside window. Actually receiving this dessert was quite impressive. It is served on a small wooden box along a couple of cups containing either bits of tiny mango cubes or tiny colorful pearls that could be added to the shaved ice. In addition, they put condensed milk on a test tube to sweeten the dessert futher  as desired. This dessert was so delicious!!! We also purchased some mochi and a regular chocolate tiramisu. The presentation of the tiramisu was also superb. It was served with a micro doppler that was filled with chocolate  to add to the tiramisu as desired. The cream was so tasty and not overly sweet. Mochi flavors are not as extensive but the ones we selected were absolutely delicious.

Will plan to visit this place again when in the area and craving something delicious!!!
